We have several leagues available for all skill levels and ages: Beginners (ages 7-11): USA Jr. Team Tennis - Red Level I & II Advanced Beginner / Low Intermediate (ages 8-14): USA NJTL/Novice League Intermediate / Advanced (ages 9-18): USA Jr. Team Tennis - See Match Schedule Below ========================================================================================== This program is a "Little League" that provides an introduction to tennis for children in grades 2-5. No prior tennis experience is necessary. There will be a short instructional period each day followed by team league play. Teams will consist of at least 4-6 players/team, with 4 players/team on the court at a time. Instruction will be done by our Tennis Instructors and volunteers.

UTSA Jr. TEAM TENNISSouthwest Houston Junior Team Tennis League -- Spring 2007This league is for the intermediate through advanced junior players in the Southwest Houston area. Play is inter-club competition among the various tennis centers in the Southwest Houston area.** The spring season is over. Next season will begin September 2007. ** The purposes of this league are: 1) FUN & encouraging tennis participation 2) Sportsmanship 3) Fair & equal play BLUE LEVEL (18 years & under) WHITE Level (14 years & under)Div. 1: Advanced / 4.0-5.0 Div. 1: Intermediate / 3.0-3.5 Div. 2: Intermediate / 3.0-3.9 Div. 2: Advanced Beginner / 2.0-3.0 SEASON STARTS: Saturdays, mid-September 2007 Registration Deadline: FEES: $ 27.00 FBTS League Fee Each player needs to be a U.S.Tennis Association (USTA) member. If you are not already a member or need to renew, CALL the USTA to join, 1-800-990-USTA. Junior Membership is $18/year. NOTE: QUALIFICATIONS TO PLAY Players MUST know how to keep score and be able to get the serve in at least 60% of the time. You should have taken some lessons and been playing at least one year. Winning League teams have the opportunity to advance to the Houston Regionals and State Playoffs.
