The Tournament will be a regular round robin or elimination tournament. You will get at least 2 matches that day. All are designed to give you a competitive playing experience to improve your game and compliment your lessons/drills. These tournaments are for non-qualified/non-ranked players.
TIME: 8:30am until approximately 12noon/ 12:30
DATES: Fridays, June 14, 21, 28, July 12, 19, 26
LOCATION: Clements High School courts - 4200 Elkins Rd. Sugar Land
COST: $20.00 for each week’s tournament.
Minimum skills for the tournaments, you must be able to:
- serve at least 60% in the correct service box
- rally with another player at least 3 times across the net
- be able to keep score.
Depending upon the number of entrants, each tournament may be grouped according to age and ability level
from Advanced Beginner to Advanced player skill level, ages 9 to 18.
Awards for each Tournament.
Your entry must be received by 12noon the Wednesday prior to the tournament. You MUST be registered AND preferably paid prior to the tournament. If we do not have at least 8 players entered for that week's tournament by the Wednesday Deadline it MAY NOT be held.
If you do decide to join the tournament after the Wednesday 12 noon registration deadline, please call or email the Office to confirm that the tournament is being held or there is space for you.
